Who we are

Invest in My Education (ME)℠

Providing access to education and support to under-resourced students.

A holistic approach to driving transformational change

Invest in My Education expands access, affordability, and support to students facing barriers to financial mobility. The initiative has three core components that work together to enable financial mobility for students with limited access.

Fidelity Scholars Program

This program offers scholarships to students of under-resourced communities, helping them overcome barriers to success and graduate with little to no debt. It also provides career readiness guidance, financial education, and mentorship from Fidelity associates.

The 2025 Fidelity Scholars

In the fall of 2025, a third class of Fidelity Scholars began their academic year and are taking their first steps toward a financially stable future. This class brings the total number of scholars to more than 1,200 across ten regions.

Ecosystem-building grants

These grants are directed toward top nonprofits focused on improving graduation rates for under-resourced high school and college students. Funding helps organizations continue to support quality pathways to higher education. Nonprofit organizations can send this interest form to Fidelity.

Retention and completion grants

These grants are designed to help institutions assist students who are close to graduation but are in danger of dropping out due to unpaid balances and fees.
