Business highlights

Continued to evolve exchange-traded fund (ETF) offerings for customers by introducing our first ETF share classes and expanding our ETF lineup with 4 active enhanced ETFs. Fidelity’s exchange-traded lineup now consists of 84 ETFs and ETPs with $172 billion in assets under administration.

Assisted nearly 29 million customers in the lead-up to the April tax filing deadline—an increase of 11% year over year.

Fidelity’s retail unified managed household offering, which helps families build comprehensive investment strategies around their full financial picture, crossed $1.0 trillion in assets under management.   

Launched a new mobile multi-leg options trading experience, enabling investors to build and execute complex strategies directly from their mobile devices with access to live options chain data.   

Surpassed 25,000 Fidelity Medicare Services customers, delivering exceptional service with a Customer Satisfaction score of 96%.  

Launched the Fully Paid Lending Dashboard in Wealthscape, reaching more than 100 firms from May to June. The dashboard provides real-time securities lending insights, market intelligence, and marketing resources to drive outreach and program adoption. 

Fidelity Advantage 401(k)℠, our pooled employer plan for small businesses, achieved a significant milestone, surpassing 25,000 participants and expanding access to workplace retirement savings.

Drove impact in our communities through National Financial Literacy Month when more than 400 volunteers reached more than 2,100 students, and through Fidelity Cares Month in May, which hosted over 200 events with more than 8,500 associate volunteers.

Fidelity Ireland won the Grand Prix (overall winner across many categories) and Foreign Direct Investment categories at the Invest in Ireland awards.

LinkedIn Top Companies 2026: Boston, Dallas, and India 

Named a "best employer to grow your career" in Boston, Dallas, and India on LinkedIn's regional lists. This is a follow-up to the Top Company recognition, specifically focused on career progression and skill development. 

Morningstar: Parent Rating

Morningstar upgraded their Parent Firm Rating for Fidelity from Above Average to High, the highest rating given to an asset manager.   

Kiplinger Reader's Choice Awards 2026

Fidelity was awarded the overall winner for Best Broker and recognized as Outstanding for Customer Service, as the Most Recommended, and Overall Satisfaction in Brokerage.

 

Wealth Management offerings were recognized as Outstanding for Retirement Planning Services and as the Most Recommended.  

 

As an IRA provider, Fidelity was recognized as Outstanding for Investment Choices, as the Most Recommended, and Overall Satisfaction. The Fidelity Rewards Visa also won the Best Overall Cash-Back Credit Card.  Learn more about the awards.

This metric is a proxy for the health and quality of the content and communities of our individual platform handles.
